Copying a Campaign

You can duplicate a merchandising campaign on your site or copy it to another site if you manage multiple sites.

Assuming that sites have the same storefront setup, SKUs, and product unique IDs, the campaign's boost rules, banners, pinned products, removed products, and custom filter order will be copied.

Note: Copying a campaign will work only for domains within the same storefront setup, as this function uses sku and product uid as identifiers between multiple sites within the same store.

Starting the copy process

Make sure your current campaign is saved; within the current campaign, click the "Save Campaign" button in the top right of the page.

Scroll to the bottom of the main Campaign Details panel and click "Copy campaign".

If you have access to multiple Athos-powered sites, you can select which site you'd like to copy it to (including the one you're already on). 

Once you're ready, click the "Copy Campaign" button at the bottom right of the pop-up window. 

Check & Adjust

You will be taken to the editor for your newly copied campaign. (If you chose a different site, you will also be redirected to the new site.)

Be sure to resolve any conflicts; these will be shown in red in each toolbox.

Copying from a different site

If you copied to a different site, it's possible that not all of your data is consistent between sites. Double-check that your page context is correct, adjust boost rule field names as necessary, and review any custom filter order. Be sure to save the campaign.
