Geographic Merchandising empowers you to deploy diverse merchandising strategies to any country, US state, or Canadian province with just a few clicks.
Creating a location-only campaign
A location-only campaign is useful to make broad changes that will affect all shoppers within specific region(s).
To begin, click "Create a Campaign" from the main Visual Merchandising page. Select "Location", then click the "Continue" button at the bottom right.
Select the location(s) you'd like to target. (Don't worry; you can change this later.)
In the example above, we selected the entire United States by clicking the "Select All" button at the top left.
Name your campaign and then you can begin merchandising.
The tools available to you for location merchandising are Boosts & Banners.
Editing location(s)
You can edit locations by clicking the edit icon to the right of the location(s) and then selecting which locations you'd like.
Merchandising a specific page for a location
If you'd like to merchandise a specific location/page combination, first create a normal search or category campaign, or edit an existing campaign. From there, go to the Targeting toolbox on the left and select the Segment tab.
Configure your locations here, and you're all set to merchandise that specific context. You can edit or remove location(s) from a search or category campaign at any time.
Once locations are set, you will see Locations appear in the list under the Campaign Scenario as a reminder that this campaign is only affecting this location/page combination.
