When users create a Dotdigital profile for Messaging Recommendations, they need to have a Dotdigital API username and password. Those Dotdigital credentials are used by the Athos Commerce console to upload each customer's profile to the Dotdigital EasyEditor for use in their email campaigns.
Note: Do not use your personal Dotdigital credentials; be sure to add/configure a new API user for this purpose and provide Athos with those credentials instead.
