If you would like to update information associated with your Athos Commerce account, click your initials in the top right corner of any page within the Athos Search & Product Discovery console. Select the "My Account" option within the drop-down menu. This page shows an overview of your information, which you can check for accuracy or update as necessary.
Account Details
The top section shows a simple summary of helpful information related to this account, such as the website's name and the Site ID that is used for some tracking integrations.
User Profile
On the User Profile tab, you will see the name, email, phone number, and time zone for the selected account.
You may modify any value as needed under your Account Details. The system will warn you when you have unsaved changes. Click the Save button at the bottom right to save your updates.
Billing Center
Users associated with billing access will have visibility of the "Billing Center" button if there is a Chargebee service plan associated with the selected account.
Click the "Billing Center" button to open billing information for your account. Click any of the links to see more information about your current plan, account details, addresses, payment methods, and billing history.
Plan Information
The top section of this page displays your plan tier and other details. Click the > arrow at the right to see more information.
If you are an account manager, you will be able to see the Change Plan section, which allows you to update the plan or cancel the account. The Plan Information section contains details related to your billing plan, monthly cost, next billing date, and current billing period.
Account Information
Click the Account Information link at the top of the menu to see more details.
Billing & Shipping Addresses
Click the Billing & Shipping Addresses link in the menu to see all addresses on file for your account.
Payment Methods
Click the Payment Methods link in the menu to see any payment details (credit cards, ACH, etc.) configured for your account.
Billing History
To view your billing history, click "Billing History" at the bottom of the menu shown above.
The Transactions chart shows a list of payments that were processed for Athos' services. Displayed here is the occurrence date, the payment method, the amount, any balance owed, the status of the payment, and finally, any notes.
Beneath transactions, you'll find Statements. Clicking any of the "Download" links in the bulleted list will download a PDF of your billing statement.
Click "Exit" at the bottom of the menu to return to your main account page in the Athos console.
Notification Settings
In this tab, you can also view and change your email notification settings.
Indexing Success
Click the toggle to enable email notifications when automated data indexing completes successfully for the selected website.
Indexing Failure
Click the toggle to enable email notifications when automated data indexing fails for the selected website.
