Connecting Your Product Data to Athos

The first step to getting set up with Athos Commerce is to connect your store's data so that we can access and index your product information. 

Select Your Platform

Log into the Athos management console and go to the Data Sources page. From here, select the platform or source of your product information. 

Instructions for your Platform

Follow the links below for instructions on connecting with the following specific platforms: 

• Magento 1 (deprecated)
• Magento 2
• All Other Platforms

Minimize Data Conflicts

In order to minimize conflicts, specify attribute names using the notation [ElementName]_[AttributeName]. In the following example, use Product_ID to reference the Product's ID attribute or SKU to reference the Product's SKU child element.

Automatic Updates

This section controls how often Athos will re-index your data feed in order to present up-to-date search results. The update interval should reflect a reasonable setting based on the frequency of updates to your data feed. (Manual updates can be requested at any time from the Data Sync Status page.)

• Interval: How often you would like Athos to re-index your data feed.
• Time of Day: This option enables the election of a specific time of day to re-index your data feed.

Note: The "Time of Day" option will not automatically change for Daylight Saving Time.
