Personalized Segments

Use this tab to set up personalized segments in conjunction with your marketing automation provider(s), including Klaviyo and Dotdigital.

Platform

This value displays the marketing automation provider.

Status

This graphic indicates the status of the connection with your marketing automation provider. A blue icon indicates that the connection is established, while a gray icon indicates that there is no connection.

The four icons, from left to right, represent the following:

1. Connection status to marketing automation provider
2. Connection status to Shopify
3. Connection status to Login Events
4. Connection status to Upload Status

Date

This value represents the date of the most recent record sync.

Updated Records

The number shown here represents the total number of records updated in the last sync.

Total Shopify Records

The number shown here represents the total number of records stored by Shopify.

Total Klaviyo Records

The name of this column will represent the selected marketing automation provider. The number shown here represents the total number of records stored by the provider.

Total Matching Records

The number shown here represents the total number of matching records stored by both Shopify and the marketing automation provider.
